The Colts this season will wear a black jersey patch to honor Owner and CEO Jim Irsay.

The patch features Irsay's initials and his signature, with a trademark smiley face on it. Irsay included the smiley face when signing autographs for fans on everything from footballs and photos to $100 bills.

The patch also features seven grommets, tying in the seven grommets that adorn the Colts' iconic horseshoe logo.

The mark Jim Irsay left here – on the community as a whole and the individuals who comprise it – is indelible. Irsay did all he could to give back to Indianapolis, whether it was through donations, random acts of kindness, free events, mental health improvements or by having a football team in which our city could take pride.

The Indianapolis Colts swapped the practice field for the bowling alley, mixing friendly competition and building team chemistry.

The Indianapolis Colts hosted a free Girls Flag Football Clinic at Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, open to high school girls in grades 7 through 12, regardless of skill level and experience. Participants had the opportunity to learn from coaches on the Women's Flag National Team and top flag football coaches in Indiana, all while honing their football skills and staying active during the offseason.
